Looks good. I don't know if the list of events will be useful (since
we'd have to maintain it, which can be hard :-)), but it's not a big
issue.

I'd also probably make a table for all the freezes and use some colors:
  green => not frozen
  yellow => announcement period
  red => frozen

I just need to find my wiki password to make the change :-)
