Aloha,
the tarballs that make up Gtk2-Perl 2.17.90 can be found at
/home/users/tsch/gtk2-perl/2.17.90 on master.gnome.org.
Note that this release reverted back to stable tarballs for Glib and
Gtk2, as discussed previously. I hope that this doesn't cause any
problem for the NEWS-generating programs?
