I'll try and see if we can get a new gtkhtml release. Else, let's go
with 3.15.5.

Compiled fine for me.
I also updated to bug-buddy 2.19.0, since it has lots of new code and it
needs testing. It requires libelf now, though. Should it be an external
dependency? CC'ing Fernando.
