releasing 2.19.2

folks,

my harddisk died two weeks ago and i am still waiting for a new one here (grumble...).
it's my task[1] to do the 2.19.2 release next week, but obviously i'm currently unable to do this without a harddisk or another linux computer around (i'm currently running a live cd to have some internet communication at all).

i'd be happy if somebody else could volunteer and would have some time to release 2.19.2.  :-/
