We could turn this into a simple report, in which case anyone can do
it without special SQL access.  That also has the advantage that if
one person gets to busy to check for blockers (e.g. happened to me; I
used to do that), then someone else can step in more easily.  :)  I'll
file a bug to remind myself (or someone else) to get it written soon.
