Writing the GNOME 2.14 release notes

Hi George & Davyd,

As GNOME 2.14.0 is nearing, it's time to start writing the release
notes. George volunteered to work on these back in October and Davyd
helped with the release notes of previous versions. Are you both okay to
work on the 2.14 release notes? I believe a first good step would be to
produce a rough schedule so translators can know when they'll be able to
start translating (and it will also help you by having some more
pressure :-)).

You might want to ask on marketing-list to get some help since many
people there will probably be able to help a bit.
