If you can take care of everything other than uploading the tarball,
then just send us the tarball and md5sum then we can upload it for
you.  If you haven't done a release before, you can find instruction
at http://live.gnome.org/MaintainersCorner/Releasing and feel free to
catch us in IRC.  (Also note that you can always sanity check the
tarball created by 'make distcheck' by untarring it and a previous
version and just running a big 'diff -urp' between the two
directories)
