Sebastien is going out to dinner tonight, so will not be able to roll
the 2.15.92 tarball before the deadline. He is also busy in a meeting
right now, so I am sending this e-mail on his behalf.
He will be creating the 2.15.92 tarball as soon as possible tomorrow
morning.
