Hello! Happy 20th anniversary GNOME :) I noticed that the community recipes were a little sparse in the international foods sections, so I thought I would contribute one of my favourite Japanese dishes called 'okonomiyaki'. This recipe is vegetarian, easily gluten-free, with notes for additions for meat and fish lovers. With hope that this recipe is approved (and enjoyed by many others), I will probably be submitting more recipes for Asian-inspired dishes in the near future. Please accept my recipe for Osaka style okonomiyaki.
