Look at the "Assigned to" field. It is not set to the email of a
specific developer, which means that noone has planned to work on it
yet.

Look at the "Target milestone" field. It is not set, which means this
feature is not in the roadmap at the moment.

Hence there's no way to tell when the feature will be implemented. The
only thing we can say for sure is that it won't be in the coming
month.
