I not a programmer i just can say few points for your considerations

- Planner needs to be integrade with Evolutions
- needs to work with multi user.
- Need a task manager for the Proyect manager for each Work 
- Needs  each time pass step or milestone a e-mail to all the team with the informations of the stage and who are the responsable and objetive in that point.
- Needs to automatic reajust days in any change.
- Needs to have a green space, a yellow and a red marking warning of no have the time that is need it for the proyect.
-Needs to automactic uplop to a web pages the proyects.
- Needs to conecte works with documents for samples a meet, Contacts, notes, video,  hotos or links for files or better CVS.
-Need more repoert time , money, Eficiency, goals, money proyected and money spend
 - needs to send mail for meeting days brfore the meeting and fore the proyect manaer or asistant to post the resume of the meeting 

- Need a journal o a kind of blog to see all the proyect with all problem of facilities, meeting, Calendar, process, objetives. coulbe done in .php or other programs.

- Need that people of the team make proporsal for the next meeting
