Planner-list Docs error

After installing Planner 0.14 on PCLinuxOS 2007, from their repo, I get the following error when trying to open help:

"There was an error launching the default action command associated with this location."

Any idea what I've done wrong or how to get the docs working?
I tried an install from the latest Mandriva .RPM with the same results.
