I expect there will be a new windows version compiled after we release
the 0.14 version of Planner (which is not scheduled yet).  

There's a few things I want to get into this next release:
* FF predecessors
* Matteo's scheduling and visualization enhancements
* Jon's database access enhancements
* a few more bug fixes - such as the one you note below

This bug has been discussed on the list, but thanks for confirming that
its the GTK+ version that's the cause.  That should make it easier to
reproduce and develop a fix.
