[Planner] Postgres and Planner

I have a question regarding the database functionality of planner.

If a project is opened from a database should the save to database
menu item be greyed out since the "save" menu item is actually saving
to the db?

It appears that using the "Save to Database" under File causes
a new project to be created. 

Just checking before I submit a bug or feature request?
