[Planner Dev] import MS Project's format

Hi, i just suscribe to this list because i need some feature that's
planner doesn't have: import .mpp files.

Someone can tell me about the complexity to implements that
funcionality? There are specifitions of the two format?

I make this question to value if i could try to implements that feature.
