I'd love to see it deployed in GNOME...gerrit is a *lot* better at patch
series, but Bugzilla still makes sense probably for nontrivial single
patches.

But I don't really want to stand up and maintain instance myself.  We
should be able to get along with git-bz, pastebin, and pushing to
wip/topic branches in the meantime.
