[orca-list] new orca list e-mail subscribers

Those that have tried to subscribe to the tuxfamily.org list may have got
a confirmation message back and had that put in spam or junkmail folders.
You might want to check those folders and understand by now the
confirmation message you have has probably expired by now.  So try again
and check the spam and junkmail folders for any new messages and you may
catch your new confirmation message before it expires.  Simply reply to
that message with nothing in the body and the subscription should then
work.  If it does, you'll get a welcome message back confirming
subscription.
