If you choose the more recent version and keep updating it, you'll receive bug fixes affecting accessibility sooner. Of course, you'll also receive regressions sooner, though, obviously, not as quickly as those who test beta versions.

The Document Foundation has been working on LibreOffice accessibility regression testing lately. Thus, I would personally tend to choose the more current release.
