[orca-list] teamviewer status

inactive.  Account cannot be setup on linux computer.  It was possible on
an android phone but that's not where I need remote help most often.  The
support address for teamviewer no nonger works either so far as I can tell
unless I forgot a dash symbol in it somewhere.
