[orca-list] Orca and highlight tracking

So quick question. What would be the easist way to get some sort of
highlight tracking in a terminal window with Orca. Would it be a plugin,
or wait for Joany to add it in, or set Orca to be quiet and find a
screenreader that does highlight tracking in hthe erminal or a mix of
all three?
