Re: [orca-list] how to compile and install orca in fedora 36?

I was able to compile and install orca in a specific directory, apparently with no problems. The problem is that when I run the new version of orca I get the feeling that the version being run is the old version. After I ran the compiled version of orca I pressed capslock+h and got the information that the version was 42.1. I had this same problem when I was using arch. The solution was to generate a new package and replace the official package. Maybe I can apply the same solution in fedora.

If the problem is missing build dependencies do:

     sudo dnf builddep orca
