[orca-list] UPS Site with Chrome

Hello,

I'm trying to track a package using the UPS site. In Firefox, I'm able to read the page just fine, without major problems. With Chrome Dev, I seem to have an issue where focus wraps up to the top of the page. I press h to go to the heading with the tracking results, press down arrow to begin reading through the page, and focus jumps back up to the top of the page. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
