Any chance you have app-specific settings for soffice which overrides
that?

Thanks! According to that output, your punctuation level is set to
some. How are you setting it to all?

Hi,

Orca master, LO Writer 6.4.7.2 Ubuntu 20.04.

In orca Preferences puntuation level is set to ALL.

1. start Writer and type:

Hello, how are you?

2. Press Enter and read the line with Arrow-Up.

Orca should say: hello comma how are you question mark

Result: the comma and question mark are not spoken.

In gedit it is well spoken by Orca.

Is it with Orca or LO 6.4?
