[orca-list] Orca does not speak all puntuations after it is set to ALL

Hi,

Orca master, LO Writer 6.4.7.2 Ubuntu 20.04.

In orca Preferences puntuation level is set to ALL.

1. start Writer and type:

Hello, how are you?

2. Press Enter and read the line with Arrow-Up.

Orca should say: hello comma how are you question mark

Result: the comma and question mark are not spoken.

In gedit it is well spoken by Orca.

Is it with Orca or LO 6.4?
