I have tried that, but Gnome control center still isn't accessible.
How do I change settings like shortcuts for switching keyboard layout or 
assign them to open terminal?
Is there any accessible method?
Also, I noticed that when using GDM, it's not possible to change Orca's 
preferences in it.
If there is something that can be done with it, I will gladly appreciate 
the suggestions.
