Go to the right click menu for the top panel clock and choose
preferences. From there, you have the choice of 12-hour format or
24-hour format. Mine was set to 24-hour format by default. Orca's time
shortcut key has its own setting in Orca preferences. It's the dropdown
box on the general tab that will say time format. You can also change
the spoken date format in the next dropdown box. Hope this helps.
