[orca-list] Orca in Ubuntu Mate 22.04

Hello,

I've updated my Ubuntu Mate 20.04 to 22.04. Not new installation, only 
upgrade wia command update-manager -d. In that I had Orca Master. But 
after git pull, autogen, make and make install, Orca downgrades. My 
friend Libor found this and because he can't write english, I am writing 
it here. We have Ubuntu on Raspberry Pi 4B and 400.
Please how can we use Orca Master again?
