[orca-list] QT application mostly silence

Hi all,
I tried OBS Studio just now and it was inaccessible. It is strange since
a few months back I can navigate them just fine.
I also notice this issue with other QT application like TeamViewer and VLC.
I have QT_ACCESSIBILITY set to 1, Chrome/chromium works just fine.
Is there something happened that I missed?
