Hello,
Thank you for your answer.
I am trying to install TdLib purple into pidgin.
As was described in repo, I added the repository to sources list, 
everything was fine.
Then I executed the command:
sudo apt install tdlib-dev -y
After the installation I couldn't find tdlib in pidgin.
Or how should it work?
