[orca-list] Capitalization style key binding behavior

Hello,

I've set keystroke for cycling between capitalization style. That 
keystroke works, but only for actual Window. If I press for example alt 
tab or switch to another Window, it switches to the default option which 
I had optioned. If I had for example capitalization style nothing and in 
Pluma I set it to click, when I close Pluma, it switches back to 
nothing. Is it correct behavior of this? I made keystroke Orca key +G.
