I've never used fetchmail. Therefore, I am not an expert here. But the 
following error message suggests You should either run SMTP server on 
Your localhost or somehow configure remote one so that the messages 
received from the POP3 account can be forwarded to the new mail box:


name 0: connection to localhost:smtp [127.0.0.1/25] failed: Connection
refused.
