I'm not sure that Outlook mail can do this. Probably better to get a vps 
and set up an IMAP server on it. You would then be able to sync your 
mail from one IMAP server to the other using widely available IMAP sync 
tools. Probably better to keep your mail on a VPS in any case, so that 
your mail belongs only to you, and you alone determine what gets deleted 
and how long you have the account. There are a couple of really good 
solutions for easily setting up mail accounts on a VPS, including 
ISPConfig, which also does websites and other things, and Mail in a Box 
I believe it's called, which only does mail. Hope this information
