I haven't experienced this issue at all, and I am running Chromium 
90.0.4430.93.

Is this happening only on some Web pages, or everywhere? Can you give 
steps to reproduce? Which version of Orca is it?

If you provide details, others may be able to identify the conditions 
that create the problem
