It appears that we're not getting any accessibility events from LO letting us know the selection changed. So Orca doesn't know you've moved and thus doesn't say anything. It would be great if you could file a bug against LO.

When I open a document with headers and press f5 the navigation view opens and on using the down arrow, it says headings expanded (or collapsed depending on the situation ).

However when headings are expanded and down arrow is pressed, Orca goes blank.

Has someone seen this before?
