But orca can't guess what is "sane" if it's not given a locale.

So something has to be done on the lightdm side on the long run.

Just to be clear: I could take the time to discuss with lightdm people,
but that would mean I'd have less time for other speechd/orca/brltty
aspects, so it's better somebody else discuss with lightdm people.

It was definitely not a waste of time, since it allowed to identify
precisely what the problem was.
