RHVoice comes with its own speech-dispatcher module. Once built and installed, it may be necessary to symlink 
the module called I believe /usr/bin/sd_rhvoice into the directory where speech-dispatcher modules are 
installed by your distro. This is what the Arch Linux AUR package does automatically upon installation, so it 
may not be necessary if your distro has a package for it. But do look in your speech-dispatcher module 
directory to be sure there is a module for rhvoice. If that's there, you can configure it in the standard way 
from the Orca preferences under the voice tab.
