hello,

since commit 86723c6b58 I am having trouble re-reading myself when I
write a message in this old version of thunderbird. The commit
871944bba9f does not fix the bug in my version of thunderbird.

i know this is a very old version of thunderbird, but for plugins
reasons i have unfortunately still used this version ...
