Yes it does. It only happens in Firefox, Brave, Thunderbird, the desktop 
itself, they all work perfectly without this problem.

I've tried:

Removing Firefox addons
Deleting the profile in Firefox

Removing/reinstalling Firefox

Maximizing the window.

What I've not tried:

Using alternative browsers such as Seamonkey or Waterfox or Firefox ESR


Going by About Firefox it shows 90.0, and Orca 40.0, with the latest 
mate desktop
