If you want to have a desktop similar Windows and almost Windows
shortcuts. I suggest install Mate desktop after installing Ubuntu or
install UbuntuMate all along.

Yes, that's what I mean. Which distros have an
accessible installation process? Ubuntu is one of them I guess? Is there a

What I intended to ask is whether the setup process itself is
accessible. I am running Windows 10 on a laptop which I bought last
year. From the guide I have read, the steps for setting up seem to be
doable with a screen reader, and I wanted to know whether my
conclusion is correct.
If you mean the process of installing Linux, then, yes, it can be
accessible with a screen reader, depending on the Linux distribution.
