As far as I know, it doesn't. Those options speak the current line or
word, not the default selected button in a dialog.
Thanks

Hi Jean,
Doesn't the say word or say line command read it for you?

Subject: [orca-list] Speak the default button in a dialog
Hi,
Is there a binding to speak the default button in a dialog, ie. the
button which is run when pressing Enter anywhere in the dialog? For
example, in Save as dialog, this is Save button, running if you press
Enter from anywhere.
Would be hard to implement, if not existing?
Thanks for your feedback
Regards
