Re: [orca-list] A question about BRLTTY

Keybord emulation seems to be handled by xbrlapi rather than Orca. You need to run it separately.

Hello there.

I hope you are all doing well.

So, the question is, is there a way to create commands for BRLTTY that would be interpreted by Orca? For that, I mean, is there a way to create commands for a braille display so for example space with dots 1 2 would emulate the press of the tab key for example? It would be interesting if it’s possible, because then a standard orca  braille support navigation system could be created, allowing braille display users such as myself to be able to navigate the computer without always relying on a keyboard.

Thank you and best regards.

Francisco.
