The only ones I've tried that work reliably are Thunderbird and Seamonkey. That said, Evolution works OK, though it misses some paragraphs and the editor is somewhat less reliable than it used to be. Orca's SayAll function seems to work pretty well when the arrows miss a paragraph. Apparently Kmail may be usable now, since it's using Chromium to render messages, although that may possibly mean that it will require the Chromium accessibility flags.
