[orca-list] Focus issue with orca on new flash drive - install as super user

   Hello list

Having a new install of 20.4 or 20.10 versions of ubuntu mate. Upon booting up the new install from a flash 
drive and trying to install on the main computer. I Having issues where when I alt tab to get to the 
installer, orca doesn't focus to it but keeps saying the following message. Install as super user.

Any ideas what's going on here?
