Hello,

I miss this function too, I would like to use it too, when I am reading 
emails in foreign languages, I have to switch profiles and it's a bit 
annoying, I have four profiles. Default with Espeak, Zuzana, Iveta Voxin 
profiles and Espeak en profile what I made.
