[orca-list] Setting synthesizer on logon screen

Hi all,


I am using a Vocalizer voice with Orca, however, on startup or reboot, 
eSpeak-

-NG is the synthesizer I hear on the logon screen.

How do I change this?

I am using Fedora Mate Compiz 35, if that makes any difference.
