[orca-list] Getting Orca to Read Dunst Notifications

Howdy,

I am trying to get Dunst to interact with Orca. Currently, I am using
the stock example configuration that Arch Linux provides when you
install the package, and things seem to be working normally, with the
exception that Orca isn't reading the messages that come in. Has anyone
gotten this to work?
