[orca-list] content navigation broken with Libre Office Writer

Orca version 3.38.2 and Ubuntu 20.04 with all latest updates.

When I open a document with headers and press f5 the navigation view opens and on using the down arrow, it says headings expanded (or collapsed depending on the situation ).

However when headings are expanded and down arrow is pressed, Orca goes blank.

Has someone seen this before?
