[orca-list] Stack overflow with VSCode and Orca master

Dear all,

Using Orca master, Fedora 33 and VSCode 1.55.2.

As a daily user of VSCode, I'm often faced with Orca crashing in the 
middle of developing a PHP web-app. When started in a terminal, the 
first line of Orca's output reads (see attachment):

Fatal Python error: _Py_CheckRecursiveCall: Cannot recover from stack 
overflow.

I have captured a full debug.out of this happening, too, which I can 
send privately, if required.

This are the specs of my VSCode:

Version: 1.55.2
Commit: 3c4e3df9e89829dce27b7b5c24508306b151f30d
Date: 2021-04-13T09:37:02.931Z
Electron: 11.3.0
Chrome: 87.0.4280.141
Node.js: 12.18.3

Can someone confirm or help me fix this issue?
