Raspberry Vi isn't just for accessibility on Raspbian... hell, it's
not even limited to accessibility on the Raspberry Pi(yes, that's the
focus, but really, it's more of a general single board computer and
hardware hacking list for the blind).
There's also the Linux for Blind mailing list at:
blinux-list redhat com
Which, while hosted by Redhat, is not actually affiliated with them,
nor is it limited to accessibility discussions for RedHat-family
distros... and I've never heard of a RHEL or Fedora accessibility
list.
That said, since this isn't really an accessibility question, you
might want to seek out general Linux help. Because Linux advice tends
to offer command-line solutions that work for a variety of distros,
and the command-line deals almost entirely with text, much of the
general Linux information out there doesn't need tweaking for a blind
user once you have either a console screen reader up and running or
Orca and an accessible terminal emulator going.
A Google search for
linux disk cleanup
would probably return useful information, or at least help you narrow
down what to ask on accessibility lists(e.g., Google might give you
the name of some apps, but the GUI suggestions are unintuitive with
Orca or the cli suggestions have output that's hard to parse, so you
ask specifically for tips for using the GUI app with Orca or how to
format the output of the cli app to make more sense when read to you.
And unless you're running a rather niche distro specializing in
something other than accessibility, chances are good that googling
distroName accessibility mailing list
Will lead you to a mailing list specifically for accessibility on that distro.
