It's working fine here in Arch Linux with their GNOME 40 packages, so it
doesn't appear to be a generic GNOME 40 issue.

Hello there,
I'm having this problem where orca doesn't start when GDM starts
up, and I've been having this problem for a while now.
I worked around it memorizing the steps I needed to accomplish to
get to the shell, but I'd really like accessibility back.
Does anyone know how to enable it?
Thank you for any answer.
Best regards.
Francisco.
